A voting list glitch that affected about a thousand voters has been resolved. Elections Administrator Jose Luis Castillo reported that the issue was not isolated to one area, but rather a delay in the state's system that impacted counties across Texas. The voter lists have been corrected, allowing those voters to cast their ballots on Election Day.

The elections office has relocated to a new site on Convent Street, and voting operations will also move. Early voting and Election Day activities will now take place at this new location, rather than previous sites. The county has ordered over 90,000 ballots in preparation for the election.
