Laredo police have made arrests in connection with a stray bullet death on New Year's Eve. The victim, a 44-year-old man, was shot outside his home. An investigation led detectives to a location where a New Year's Eve celebration was taking place, and witnesses reported hearing gunfire.

A 19-year-old man and a 16-year-old juvenile were identified as suspects. Physical evidence and video recordings allegedly showed them discharging firearms in a backyard. Police recovered firearms and spent casings from the property.
