A ceremony is underway to honor the victims of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on their 25th anniversary. U.S. Customs and Border Protection is hosting the annual 9/11 remembrance ceremony at the Juarez-Lincoln Bridge.

The ceremony is expected to cause significant traffic impacts, with all northbound and southbound traffic halted from approximately 6:45 a.m. to 8 a.m. Drivers are advised to cross before the halt or use an alternate route.
